Welcome to Lago Vista, one of the last places in Travis County to still see the heavens above.  Help us keep it that way.

In 2018 Lago Vista passed several ordinances as a first step to making us an International Dark Sky Community.  In 2021 the city tasked Lago Vista Starry Skies with completing the job.  Much more needs to be done to earn official designation and we need your help. By working together we can keep the stars over our lovely community visible in the night sky.
